How to Create Your Workable API Key
Follow these simple steps to generate your API key and connect your Workable account with ai.r Recruit.
• Go to Settings > Apps (near the bottom under Integrations)
• Scroll down to the 4th section: API ACCESS TOKENS
• Click the + Generate API token button on the right of the API Access Tokens title
• Call the API: ai.r Recruit
• Set a time period for access (e.g., 1 year - you can delete the API key at any time)
• Select the following permissions:
• r_candidates
• r_jobs
• w_candidates
• w_comments
• Click the "Generate token" button
• Click to copy the API key
• Email it to the ai.r Recruit team who will then backdate up to 2 jobs on the free trial and all jobs once you join as a paid customer
• All new candidates on all jobs will be processed automatically
