Our mission
We started ai.r Recruit because talent teams were drowning in endless candidate lists across LinkedIn, Workable, Workday and more. Our goal is to turn messy, unstructured data into insights that recruiters can trust — powering search, parsing, anonymisation and AI match scoring inside the platforms they already use.
Our team
Joe has 15+ years of consultancy experience building Analytics and Data Science teams at startups and enterprise companies. He has delivered technical and AI solutions for NASDAQ and FTSE100 firms, and previously led product for an end-to-end ATS sold to enterprise customers. He founded ai.r Recruit after experiencing first-hand the challenges of sourcing talent from long candidate lists.
Martin is an AI and Data Science expert with a passion for developing novel solutions in Talent Acquisition. He drives our technical strategy, designing scalable systems and applied AI features that make recruitment workflows smarter.
Jakov is a front-end master and back-end pro, experienced in building B2B SaaS platforms for startups. He ensures that every feature we deliver is fast, intuitive, and enterprise-ready.
